Hi my name's Chris,I've been,vaping for 4 months.,i started with a smok pen,type vape. I used,it for abou three weeks and I was still smoking. So I went,and bought a, rx200 box mod with a tfv4 tank. Needless to say I was blown away just by the flavor the amount of vaper and how quickly I didn't even want a cigarette anymore. After three weeks my rx 200 shorted out and quit work in. So the guys at my local shop were nice enough to take it back and give me a kooper plus mod. Two weeks ago I added a herakles plus tank Also. It has great flavor as well. But Sunday I went to a new vape shop that just opened in town and they turned me on to a dual coil buildable rda drip tank. And I am shocked at the flavor difference!! Best choice I ever made. I will never,go back,to anything bot,a dripper! Anyways I just wanted to say hello an,i was wondering if anyone in here can gibe,me,any,advixce in,what kind of wire and how many wraps to do in the coils bc I'm totally new to this! Thanks everyone and keep blowing clouds!

Hey Chris, Dripping is great but you may want to keep a tank around for when it is inconvenient to drip, like when you are driving. Just saying.
Try Steamengine - it allows you to design virtual coils so that you can then build them for real.
Coil wrapping
You input wire type, gauge, coil diameter, number of wraps, target resistance, wattage to vape at etc., and it works out all the variables for you.

The Herakles Plus and TFV4 are nice tanks, but hate to be the bearer of bad news, who ever sold you that RX200 and TFV4 should have known better not to. Wismec/Joyetech issued a notice about 4months ago, they will void the warranty on any RX200/DNA200/RX200S that has had a TFV4 attached to it. The threads on the TFV4 are wider than what the threads are on the RX200, and the pin of the TFV4 is to long for the RX200 (Releaux Mods), causing issues, including shorting out the wiring/chipset due to the 510 pin being pushed in to far. Drippers are nice and all, but they can be far more inconvenient than a tank, so at least keep a good tank in reserve for emergencies.

You really went full-on, going from a cigalike straight to an RX200/Koopor Plus-TFV4-RDA didn't you?
Most people find that they have difficulty using advanced gear like that early on as their lungs and technique just can't handle it.

Welcome bud. I'm new here myself just joined a couple days ago. That's awesome that your building already at 4 months. I have the Herakles plus myself it's my all day tank at the moment. I had the tfv4 as well It was a cloud tank for sure. Really bro as far as wire and wraps it's all In what your shooting for resistance wise. What gauge wire and how many wraps are you using now?
