Wow! Power, and lots of it. Not MTL then. Your dripper will glow in the dark

To quote Jeremy Clarkson, "POOWWWEERRRR!" ;)

Can never have too much!

That's my present to myself when it's released... until then, any little bargains that pop up I'd be tempted by.

On the look out for anything yourself?

Have you ever used a Kennedy Competition? I have one and I'm not getting the best out of it. Think I'm not used to making coils for that kinda thing.
Have you tried a kissing quad build? Each side has 2 coils, wrapped in opposite directions, so the legs on the center post match, and push them together when you tune the coil. Very fast ramp up.

I'm trying to think what I have. Some green Samsung ones, a yellow LG battery and 3 Sonys, is it VTC4. Think that's it. Not noticed the difference between them, but it sounds like you would if you are going so low.
Yeah, I do. LOL. Even talked to Mooch first before building. Got the battery stats and stress test charts. Those cells will handle 70A for a 5 second pulse with 30 second break between hits. I only pulse 2 1/2 seconds. My attys have massive airflow for those builds. That mutationX has 9 air holes on each side, plus 1 at the base on each side.

I also tend to pick the batteries with the lowest running temperature as well. No two 20,25,30A are the same, some just have a better internal chemistry. That is why I only use Big3 branded batteries. I KNOW what is in them.

The Best 18650 Batteries for Vaping is a handy site, the author is Mooch.

Maybe the Aspire NX75S. It looks very well built, out of a block of stainless steel and I like the variable power curve idea. No good for you at 75 watts though :)

I had a Mutation but I didn't use it much. I got it off a guy I know so I don't even know if it was a genuine one. I need to do something with this Kennedy thing I have. No point me having it if I can't get it going right.

No, not tried that. I assumed I could get decent results with a conventional dual coil build but it's not happening :nah:

Now that is a good looking mod! I like the crisp and clean look. Looks like it could take some punishment aswell. A fine choice I'd say.

Cool, just had a go. 6 wraps of 24g kanthal. 4 coils comes out at 0.11Ohm. Tried it at 150 watts. Seems pretty good.
Hits pretty good, eh? I'm using a 3.5mm id core for mine, get more juice in that sucker.
Oh crap. Just ran out of Baileys. I got a keurig machine for xmas, so sucking back hazelnut with baileys and marshmellows. Just ran out of the baileys. :(
