hi, im cazen. im from philippines and newly registered. iv been browsing e-cigarette-forum in about 2mos but i cant find an answer to my problem so i decided to register :p . since we are in new member area id like to put some introduction :)

im cazen, real name marcial. from philippines,25 y/o, ive been vaping for a year now i think. i learned to smoke analogs 2nd year HS(i was 15y/o.) tried to stop several times, failed! til my throat infected by something from cigs. but after a week of meds i went back to smoking again.

til some e-juice vendor introduce me to vaping. he let me use his analog style e-cig. bought one later on but im not satified to its duration of the batt so i bought a LT v2 VV kit. there the vaping mayhem starts, later on i bought a full mech, rebuildable/repairable attys, PT PV, etc.

i can post my problem here right? i saw the other threads...

so heres my problem, its about my LavaTube v2. idk if its the real v2, but the style of this is like a YJ version of lavatube.
i have a bridgeless LR atty that cant be screwed totally to the 510 batt connector.(sorry for my english, idk if its right.)
so i put it on my LT enough to make a connection to the positive terminal of the PV. i dont mind the space between them as long as i can vape. then a friend of mine borrowed it and maybe he thinks its like a car parts that can tightened real hard. so he did tightened it and the rubber between the terminals crushed, causing a frequent short and PV refuses to fire. after that, a massive overdripping and the juice leaked inside to the board, corroding one part of the circuit and its print.

here are the pictures of the board:

on the 3rd pic is where the problem is, encircled in red.
juice corroded the print under it and the electronic part.

i don't know electronics actually, all i know is proper disassembling and soldering.
my question is what kind of electronics is in the encircled part.
and is it like a resistor that has a code to buy the replacement?

even i have other PVs i still want to repair this LT.:(

@deleon517 hi, im reading an online electronics101 now, im sure the L1( the corroded part) is same as L3 part that was on the same board. so if ever i found out what electronic component is that, and if ever its like a resistor i can test L3 for its resistance. :) thanks... i hope my english is understandable...
