Hi, everyone! I'm so glad I found this forum. I've been lurking for about a week after my brother introduced me to vaping. He was able to quit analogs completely for the last 5 months or so, and I thought I'd give it a try as well. He took me down to the local vape shop and bought me whatever I wanted. I got myself set up with a couple of Vision 1300 spinners, a Kanger Uni-tank and an iclear 16 (oh and a smattering of sample liquids). I figured, start out with simple and effective and learn what I enjoy best.
What can I say but WOW! I tried the disposable gas station cigalikes several months ago, and was less than impressed. Fast forward to present--clearo/tank plus VV battery is WAY more satisfying. No more stinky sticks for me--ever! I'm already waiting on my first vapemail only one week in to vaping, lol. From what I read here, gotta have backups, and backups for the backups, right? So, I've got an MVP 2.0 on the way (I know, not a Provari--I'm more Ford than Ferrari, lol!). A large tank (or two), maybe an RDA, and a bigger mod is on my shopping list to pair up with that MVP
.
So, anyway, I've already spent the last week pouring through this forum (and watching that RiP guy and PBusardo on YouTube) for information on vaping. Geez, this is gonna get real fun. I plan on figuring out rebuilding over the winter break (I'm a poor college student right now--sigh) to keep myself busy. My Christmas wish list has spools of kanthal, mesh, cotton, and various tools--my mom asked, "Are you studying to be an electrician, now, honey?" Well, I do have extensive math and physics knowledge, so I figure I can put it to real life use, and see if I learned anything from my studies, ha!
Sorry this got kind of long. It's just that I'm so excited to have found such a welcoming and knowledgeable forum to talk about my new love of vaping and learn much, much more. Thanks for having me in the "vapeclub."
