Hello All

My name is Pamala. Just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself.

I was a smoker for 24 years. As of March 1st, 2013 I have been cig free for a year. I would not/could not have done this without my e-cig. I was introduced to them by a friend in Feb of 2012 and smoked my last real cig on March 1st, 2012.

I am married, no children (unless you count you my 5 felines ), and live in Ohio.

I'm looking forward to being a member here!
