Been vaping since Jan 2014 and joined the forum July 2014. Been a lurker for a while but just recently started posting. Started with the usual carto tanks and moved on to some top coil vivi novas and finally into the rebuildable world around Sept 2014. I have plenty of hobbies but I love vaping because it gives me something to do that's not only healthy but allows me to occupy my time when the weather is crappy outside. Just wanted to say hey and thank everyone for the site and the wonderful information. I'm glad to be part of such a positive group.

Thanks Rgerber! I do pretty well for myself having had no one to guide me prior to getting started lol. I'm probably a little bit out of the norm for recent vapors considering I originally started with mechanicals and then moved to VV devices. Here's a few pics of my setups and builds. The collection consists of an IPV2S, IPV D2, IPV4S, Smok Magento V1 and V2, EHPro Kryptonite 26650, Maraxus Clone, Kamry K100, Smok Extender, 3 Aromamizer RDTA's, 2 Lemo 2's, 2 Lemo 1's, a Zephyrus and more carto tanks and GBC tanks and coils than you can count...... I'm a little bit of a hoarder and don't ever sell the old gear because you just never know.....

Welcome to ECF. Sounds like me. I was a lurker for awhile and like you didn't have anyone to teach me anything. I didn't even know any vapers. Then I found this place along with You Tube. So I read a lot and watched a bunch of videos. I didn't really say anything on here. It's a fun hobby. I do everything myself now. I never thought I would ever be able to make my own coils and have been doing those for almost 2 years now. I also make my own juice and it's great.I still have my first Wal greens E-cig and my Blue kit that just sit in my closet collecting dust. But I keep them as it was my first part of my journey for giving up cigarettes. Keep your journey up as it's a safer alternative to smoking
