Well the sticky says I need to make 5 posts in the New Member area before I can post elsewhere so this is post number 1! I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself to all you folks out here. I've been vaping on and off for about a year now but have only been using a cheapo KR8 starter setup with Clearomizers. I recently found and perused this site to see what taking vaping up to the next level would entail and immediately found some really great info. I decided to move up to a variable voltage setup from MyVaporStore. For batteries, I chose the eGo-C Twist 650mAh and Vision Spinner 1300mAh. For tips I picked the Kangar MT3 and EVOD eGo cartomizers and so far I'm much happier with the vapor from these compared to my original KR808 280mAh batteries. I am having a bit of an issue with the MT3, it seems to gurgle quite a bit and I've tried blowing through it to clear it out but within a minute or two it starts gurgling again, any advice? And while I have your attention, the replacement atomizer heads for the cartos come in different resistances, might someone be kind enough to explain what effect the different resistances will make, I'm not sure where to find out what the resistance is on the atomizer heads I received with the original tips.

Welcome to ECF, JohnJay! You're definitely on the right path with your VV's. Wiser and more experienced vapers than I will be jumping in to help you with the resistances on your coils, so I'll let them have at it! Just wanted to say hi!

PS: I still use my original 808's a lot of the time! Be sure to keep them, as backups!

Welcome John...awesome pic :thumb: The resistance should be printed on the atomizer head, you have to look close for it sometimes as it can be difficult to see without removing it from the clearomizer. The different resistances are for vaping at different voltages. You can adjust your voltage on both the spinner & the twist, so you should be good to go with whichever atomizer head is currently in your clearomizer
