Hello everyone. I'm glad I found a forum with so many experts on vaping! I've been a menthol smoker for about 18 years (that's crazy to say that) I'm 32 and have been vaping on and off for the past couple years.

I currently switch between the vamo v2 and the itaste v3. I've been looking for a perfect menthol juice that is very similar to a newport light. I've tried a bunch and the majority just tastes like a strong peppermint. I did recently order extreme ice from mount baker, so we'll see how that turns out.

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and look forward to talking with everyone more.

I don't like menthol, but for the tobacco taste and slight menth feel, I do like this. One of three I use every day. Those other two are Ahlusion, Devil dog - NET, hard cig a like taste (regular) and the other is Mount Baker Vapor, 555 - sweeter/tobacco sorta taste.

Hello & welcome to ECF! I smoked newport menthols for 15 years myself. I didn't vape menthol for long. I keep some around now for when I have a cold...it helps open you up a lil. The one that helped me kick the habit was Newpark menthol from Vapesales.com

Hi slicknick. I agree that ECF is a great resource with some very helpful folks. I know that taste is so darned subjective and as a menthol smoker I tried 4 different "menthol" types from a local shop here in Denver. Believe it or not, I like the one labeled "Menthol" from that local shop, Vapor Leaf. I tried one called "Fire and Ice" and didn't like it at all. Yet I have a co-worker who was a menthol smoker who enjoys "Fire and Ice". Also have one called "Peppermint", which I bought on a lark, with few expectations and believe it or not, it is my second favorite. Third one I bought is called "Epic" and it is okay. I mix the each flavor with a USTobacco flavor about 70(menthol type), 30 (US Tobacco flavor). What I've found is that I keep going back to "Menthol", but like to switch it up occasionally with the peppermint or epic. I also know I will be trying other menthol type flavors, probably from a variety of vendors, in my search for vaping nirvana. Yet I'm also open that my vaping nirvana may include a variety of flavors over time because my tastes can change.

I have appreciated the experience and wisdom shared by the folks here. Hope ECF continues to be a great resource for you. And hope you continue to enjoy your vaping journey.
