New member looking at Battery Safety

Hi,
My name is Julia and I was looking for information by Mooch regarding battery safety and best to use in my mods. I have 1 unregulated mod, a Cherry Bomber that I use Samsung 25R's that I bought from a reputable Vape Shop. I have a Sigelei Fuchai 200 W, a HCIGAR Vi200 dna that has internal batteries, and Reuleaux RX200, and a Reuleaux DNA200. I went to another Vape shop in town and had my Samsung batteries rewrapped. I got a lesson from my other Vape shop friend about battery safety and shops that offer free rewraps. This inspired me to look up battery safety that has been written by Mooch. My friend said that Mooch is a very good resource.

your friend is right - @Mooch is an excellent resource for battery info and safety - he is, for me, the go to guy on vape battery info (bench tests, safety, you name it)...

pbusardo, the youtube reviewer has toured varous factories that make the products we buy. The last factory tour was one where batteries are made. An 18650 made in this facility is there for 3 months before it ships. Two of those months are for aging in the warehouse because defects are most likely to show up in that time frame. May be this is one of the differences between battery makers. There is more to learn from the video. I wish pbusardo would interview them again about various safety issues. They would have a lot of definitive answers.
