Registered here because I'm having issues with the M401 battery (can't post in the specific forum). Started with two M402s and they were fine for about six months. Replaced with two M401s. One is still going, one lasted 4-5 months. Now another two new M401s both don't work properly. They charge fine, but they don't seem to make proper contact with the atomizer. One did for a bit at first but required a stronger inhale. I've tried pulling up the little rings slightly in each of the atomizer and battery but that hasn't worked. Neither work at all now. Is there any known way of fixing this problem? Thanks a lot.
