The real test of any company's customer service is how they handle a problem. Fast shipping and a low price doesn't help much when defective products are involved. Most of the companies you see referenced here on ECF are fantastic, but I've had a couple of situations with two suppliers that are highly rated here and I'll never do business with them again. I'm reluctant to post negative comments since they have such a fan club following here. With both of them, customer service is almost equal to "Peggy" from the Capital One TV commercials.
On a positive note: Two companies that are my favorites - Liberty Flights - Simply the best. excellent customer service, fast shipping and great prices, they really care and stand behind the products they sell..... FreedomSmokeUSA - again, top notch company that I'd highly recommend. Quality products, my go to for juices...

I can't believe anyone here would actually send one of those purists an e cig kit-do you really think someone who's free would want to wake up those nic receptors again??? doesn't sound like a plan to me.

Best thing that ever happened to me, but seeing as you know all I guess you already knew that. I have been smoke free since getting my first PV. I now have a nice collection to suit any occasion and am happy and FREE. You may be free but you are certainly not happy. You should try some chocolate mint, might mellow you a little.

All the best

Richard

I purchased the T-rex from this company. It arrived with one battery dead, the other was dead after a few days. I emailed the company with no response. Now I get my emails back saying that the email box is full (I wonder why???). I packed up the purchase and sent it back with a letter of explanation. It has been a month and no response. I have also left messages on their 800 number. Guess I will need to go through the credit card company.

Their physical address is an apartment in Reno.
