Hello all. Just registered and need some assistance. I am a 28 year cigarette smoker who is looking to switch to an E cigarette. I smoke about 15 to 18 cigarettes a day. My cig of choice is Marlboro Menthol. I am looking for an E cigarette that is durable, has long battery life (go through an entire day), and that is relatively cheap. One that is very easy to use and will have a sufficient draw for a full flavor guy. I have found this one (I can't post URL's yet) Go to electroniccigarettesinc.com and look at the Vapor King 510. Is this one good? Does it fit my criteria? If not can someone suggest a good one for me? Thanks in advance

Don

The 510 is a great PV but the battery life is less then desirable. You may get an hour from one battery so if you can afford it, order the PCC (personal charging case) so that you can keep one charging at all times. Cheapest place I've found to order the 510's from is cignot dot com. I've ordered two, no box no LED kits from them and they're great! Great prices, fast shipping, and great customer service! I like the no LED because it makes it easy to stealth vape without a light popping on all the time and I feel it may make the battery last a tad longer.

M401s have a far better battery life than 510s. A heavy vaper can get around 3 hours out of a new fully charged battery lighter users can get anything up to 8 hours.

You won't get a "full day" out of any cigarette style or pen style e-cig & if you really want that, then you are really going to have to do some research into the big battery models like the Screwdriver, Prodigy,GG etc.......

When I hear about getting an hour, or three hours, etc, are you referring to dormant time as well as used time? Or is that used time alone? If I charge up a battery and remove it from the charger, is my clock ticking on battery usage right then and there? just wondering

Don

No mate, your batteries will hold their charge for several days. :)

I can get anywhere in between 2-3 hours out of a 510 battery depending on how heavily I use it.

Pretty much every electronic cigarette is durable enough.

If battery life becomes a problem then you can get a PCC and then no more battery issues.
But if you really care a lot about ease of use, though, then I am going to suggest a cartomizer.

And I would suggest you read the thread linked in my signature.

I have a Vapor King from Vapor4Life.com - the XL manual battery lasts me all day long. Their Vapor King is not a 510, it is a KR808D, which is a 2-piece model (just a battery and cartomizer). I've had mine for about 3 weeks now and am extremely happy with it, and V4L's customer service is excellent.

I have been vaping 27days and I am 11days off analogs now with my Vapor King from Vapor4Life.com and I am very happy with it and with them. They are writing a whole new book on customer service. Believe me you definately want excellent customer service with what ever it is you choose to buy. I don't know about the other companies or their products because after reading on this forum I chose to go with these folks because there were so many people that had tried others and were happy after choosing vapor4life.

Just my .02 .

You can't be as heavy a vaper as me then. I can barely get that out of a Mega. I'm lucky if I can get 1.5 hours out of a regular 510.
