Been smoking for 24 years and am up to about 2 1/2 PAD. Well ever since I bought my first rig, last Sunday, I am at about a pack and a half. I have many reasons to quit analogs. Too many to list really. I have come to the conclusion that as long as I have them around, I will smoke them. However, Today is the day that I take that leap. There is never going to be a perfect day to do it. Addiction is a ..... I have found that strong flavors like expresso, and cinnamon work the best for me right now. I also put in an order at mt baker last night for some other ones. I have used this last week as a time to learn my device, which is an MVP, and also to vape instead of smoking at times when I most want to. I could probably vape and smoke analogs simultaneously forever but that would just be silly. For me it needs to be one or the other.
What are some changes you all have made to your lifestyle, that you found helped when you first started vaping without analogs. I am probably going to need some advice from heavy smokers turned vapors. I understand that alot of people are okay with still smoking analogs once in a while, but thats NOT, what I am looking to do. Its gotta be all or nothing.
Thanks to all who take the time to respond.
