Hello! I am new here, as far as actually joining the forum. I have been on this site many times for information and recommendations about ejuice and vaping methods and products. Love the forum, it's SO helpful!
I had been smoking analogs of and on for about 25 years. I even got the bf to start vaping who was also a 25-30 year analog smoker with COPD issues from working with hazardous waste for years.
I started vaping about a year ago with a volcano inferno kit. Started with the tank and the tips you fill, and quickly fell in love with dripping/atomizers. I did that for about 7-8 months. Slipped back into analogs for about 6 months (horrible, I know) But now am back to vaping! Actually went back to the Inferno and dripping at first, then found LJEsmokes and their clearomizers. LOVED that for a minute..lol. Now I am a HUGE fan of Great Lakes Vapors super mini, Bought one for myself, had some issues with finding a good delivery system and tried the vivi novas and now I think I am hooked on this method. Even bought another one for the bf! I will never go back to 510s by choice! Actually bought the super mini through a vendor, vaporcigzz.com, and not the actual GLV site for time issues. I wanted the super mini super fast!
I have been having a really hard time finding juices and formulations that I LOVE. I recently ordered from Heather's Heavenly vapes and Zombie-juice, based on recommendations on here, and was a bit let down. I love sweet juices, mainly bakery type flavors and would REALLY love to find an ejuice vendor who blows my mind! Not sure if it's going to happen. I'm kind of getting bummed out about it though....lol. I am (im)patiently waiting for the mailman to deliver my sample pack from Rawr vapor. I have a best seller sample pack coming and I am hoping for the best!
I'm not sure if it's the formulations I am getting, which on the last order was 60pg/40vg from zombie, I think it was 70/30 from Heathers. Not great flavor, but ok, and pretty decent vapor. Not really having an issue with vapor production, just flavor! I love vanilla/caramel flavors but getting to the point where I can't taste it after a bit of time vaping. Slightly frustrating.
But I am going to keep on trucking and I honestly doubt that I will ever go back to analogs. They are just so disgusting to me now. I love vaping!

Welcome to ECF , and glad you decided to join us . I too had a big problem with lack of flavor . I like the caramel and vanilla flavors myself . At first I bought some flavorings , and kicked -up the flavor , on the juices I was buying . I now DIY , so I just mix my juice and flavor , until I like it . I'm now at 0 nic. so real easy for me . good luck

I have been Vaping for 3 years and just joined this forum..I just started getting into making my own juices or I'm trying to .. I love the appletini flavors from Vapors choice and Vape dudes.. I have bought 4 different green apple and other apple flavors to try and make my own..But Ive noticed that no matter how much flavoring I add it seems to be very bland and kind of hidden.. I am now trying to steep my first attempts to see if this helps.. Does anybody have any suggestions?

One thing I've found mixing my own flavors, is that if you use too much flavoring (And every flavor has a different sweet spot percentage wise) you actually lose flavor. My first few mixes were way high on flavoring and I was getting crap for taste. Then when I scaled back the flavoring, some of my mixes just exploded for flavor. I try to start around 15% flavoring and scale up from there. I also like to check the DIY threads to see what percentages others have found is good for a particular flavor and use that as a starting point. But it's very flavor dependent. Some flavors are weak and might need to be at 20%, and others are super strong and you might only need 5% (Tobacco flavors are like this, you usually only need a few percent to get full flavor. Hope that helps

Welcome to ECF Jorielynn!! :D

There are so many juices to try. :) Haven't tried Rawr or Mt Baker yet, but I should at least get a sampler from each. Trying to find that elusive chocolate taste I crave. Though, I have heard the Kona milkshake flavors from I think it is Virgin Vapes are supposed to be phenominal
