Hello all.
I've just joined this forum but I've been lurking on this forum for months now. I've gotten a massive amount of helpful info from when I was still using analogs to now. I started vaping gas station logics and after unsatisfactory results finally moved to an ego-w setup and that day I had my last analog. I've been analog free since August 12th at 1:06 pm and I don't plan on going back.

I've recently started to really look into mods in depth and I'm still trying to figure out the right choice for me. But I'm sure that it only gets more fun and more expensive as we get deeper into it. I can say that I really enjoy it tho.

Thanks

Welcome to ECF and congrats on quitting!!

I guess its only as exspensive as you make it or want it to be. I said getting into it a short while ago I wasnt going to go crazy. Well that was a lie, but I can say I havent spent as much on stuff that I wouldnt have spent on stinkies. So far for me its been about even to my tobacco habit, but that trend is starting to go the other way now, and I am not spending as much.

Welcome to the forum as a member, and congratulations on quitting. If you do a lot of reading, you can avoid most of the worst expenditures. Key is to not constantly chase the "next big thing". We end up being beta testers for a lot of failures. I keep a couple of pricy mods for home and use an eGo variant (SLB KGO's) on the go, and save a ton of money over smoking. It doesn't have to be real expensive once you buy equipment that works for you and settle on juices you like.

Welcome to the forum

the safest method is to set a vape budget ie: 1/2 of what you spent on smoking which is very easy to follow once you get a complete device you like (you can never have too many vaping devices - backups, backups, backups - mod's, batteries, tanks, clearos, and e-liquid - I currently have 7 cig-a-like batteries, 4 - ego style batteries, 2 - vv pass thru's, 3 tube style APVs, with 10 assorted 18XXX batteries, 1- MVP, 6 protanks, 10 evods, 40 replacement heads, 6 vivi nova's and 20 replacement heads - misc other clear's and carto's - diy juice supplies to mix 1 gallon+ - Oh no, I've become a vape stockpile fanatic, now I'll need to build a vape shelter under my backyard to get ready for the vapocalyspe (ie: government, FDA, big pharma and big tobacco interference))

Welcome to ECF and Congratulations on quitting!

All the helpful info in the forums should be very good once you take the plunge down the rabbit hole called mods!
