Welcome to the forums, Glad you have also quit I just joined here myself but have been a ex smoker for awhile and found this place to get help from others who have already gone down this road..I don't know everything so I'm still learning, just got my first kit that wasn't a automatic battery..lol but it's really nice..People in here are awesome, I have been helped by a few. I had no clue how much stuff to do with vaping is out in this big world. So I'm still in the process of learning even though I have been vaping awhile..Had no clue on what some of the stuff on the market was until as you say I was lurking around..lol

I still have a drawer full of lighters. no pretty zippo's, but I feel your pain! Don't carry them around anymore, whenever a smoker asks for one it gives me the perfect opportunity to try to win some souls (''excuse me sir, do you have a moment to talk about vaping?" hahaha). I'm obnoxious and perfectly fine with it.

I'll try dodging wild "Neebles", whatever that may be. Thank you!

Love. He also vapes, so love.. and sharing juices (kidding, haha).

Congrats on hitting the 2 month mark, seems to go by so fast doesn't it? ECF has been kind so far, so I look forward to lurking a little less and rambling a little more!

lol, you could carry a lighter with you as incentive for the smokers to hear your pitch... "Sure, I have one in my backpack. While you wait, would you care to hold my vape and take a puff, and listen as I break down the sheer awesomeness of my situation for you in two short minutes?"

Apparently, a neeble(s) is either 4 bytes, a knee the size of an eyeball, or "a magical being who is able to create toast out of thin air".
I googled it. I am intrigued and amused. They sound rather amiable, from my brief search, and I'm not sure why you would want to avoid them. Haha.

That is an excellent answer/reason for moving anywhere ;) Sounds like a pretty sweet setup you have worked out there.. Nice work!

And thanks/you too! It flies by. Here's to another two! I'm a bit of a lurker by nature, but I've been working on rambling more. Thanks for helping me prime my skills.

Mmm.. I like toast. Maybe I shouldn't write off that Neeble right away. You sure make some valid points!

Yes, I'd like to think so. He was also the one who introduced me to vaping, therefor I must love him forever. We all know how this works, huh. ;)

I'd say more rambling is certainly preferred. I love hearing myself type. ha. You are most welcome!

I'm cautiously pondering along the same lines ;)

I think that you think right. I will avoid an idealistic ramble about love and movement for the moment..
(I need to tone it down, and tend to matters outside of the forum world lol.)
I'm guessing there's probably more to it than that... but I appreciate your stance haha.

See you around Lustre! Look forward to chatting with you in the future.
Stay awesome, and welcome again!

Hello everyone! I've heard of e-cigarettes for quite a while already and being an analog smoker, I did not enjoy it the first time I tried it. (A friend of mine got a cheap chinese made one as a gift).

However, for the past year or two, I've been smoking Shisha/Hookah more so than cigarettes and it came to a point that I no longer enjoy analog cigarettes anymore. So it just dawned upon me that since e-cigarettes are so versatile now, we're actually able to get Shisha like flavours in a handy portable device without the hassle of lighting up charcoals or buying really expensive molasses.

With the increasing tobacco tax in my country, I realized that it is indeed more worthwhile to be spending money on a good starter set of PV instead.

So here I am researching, reading and learning! I hope to pick up more and learn from you guys as I'm absolutely overwhelmed by the information that's on this board.

I've shortlisted the Provari v2.5 starter kit for now and I'm just looking around to find a way to get it.

Welcome too fellow dutchy!

I wish the same... Starting vaping sooner, i love it! Myself I got interested in vaping after hearing all the negative news from the RIVM(I think it was) about vaping, how ironic☺
It's always more interesting when they tell you that you "can't have" something, isn't it? ;) But go figure the RIVM is dead wrong and behind on the news again. Haha. Nice to see more dutch faces here :)

Hi campbellsoup! I'm still saving up for an Innokin Itaste MVP v2.0 + an Aerotank myself, I'm still vaping on an Ego-style for now.

Hi campbellsoup! Welcome to the party ;).
I like where you're head is at! Try not to get too wrapped up. I've spent many hours digging around on these forums, and reading everything I can elsewhere. Everything starts to click in and make sense as you move forward. We'll still be here if you take a break, and it's all pretty simple once you get the basics down. There are tons of great people here to chat with, so don't be afraid to ask questions and stuff.

You can't go wrong with a provari. You are jumping strait into the Crème de la crème of regulated vaporizers. After a month and a half on ego-styles and clearomizers, I took the plunge and got my other half the zombie edition mini v2.5 (I also rewarded myself with a semovar). It's a whole new world! She loves that thing, and neither one of us has a single negative thing to say about it. Sometimes, she even sets it down lets me play with it ;). Pretty much everything else we own sits around in our vape box now. The only thing we switch out now is toppers and batteries lol. Anyway, let us know if you have any questions, and welcome to the world!

Lustre, you will love the MVP v2.0!! They are awesome devices :)

They are rad!
I've never owned one, and starting out I thought that I would hate the box style. I've gotten to play around with one starting a couple of weeks ago though, as one of my best friends started out on one. It's really pleasant to hold, and it's quite sturdy. It's like the perfect size too... especially after carrying around an 18650 tube, trying to find a place to keep it, and convincing everyone who saw it (and myself) that it doesn't look stupid, and is indeed practical. I just carry extra batteries now lol.
I'm thinking that I want to grab a sticker for my current set up, or grab a box-style for my next mod. You'll have to let us know what you think of it when you finally get it!

There's no way I'm the only one here who watched Men In Black II. Remember when Agent J told Laura to "watch out for Neeble"?

Apparently Neeble has a reputation for doing perverted things to people when they're not paying attention, which would also explain why Laura was told to not fall asleep in the worms' apartment.

(Sorry for the MiB tangent - back to the greetings!)

Oh, wow, hahah!! It's been a very long time.
Those guys are ridiculous. I understand your joke much better now...
I think I would rather hang out with the magical toast being, though those neebles might be amusing for a bit.. They are always smoking and drinking caffeine/coffee, and just hanging out right? And they are perverts, but they are small and generally helpful?
Thanks for explaining :pop:

I had a good time falling down a youtube-hole after watching that clip. Lots of lols. I forgot how enjoyable those movies are.

Sounds awesome! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

And now I will stop resurrecting this thread; I promise. Unless something awesome happens again, and I don't have a chance to reply. Then I don't promise. Because you guys are cool, and I like goofing around here.

Hope you are all having an awesome first week of spring! :D
