New member please help! Riva 510.

Hey all I just received my Riva 510 starter kit in the mail today and when I went to assemble it, the cone wouldn't screw on! Then I noticed that the cone is not threaded. Is that the way they are made and I'm just not understanding something or did I get a faulty one? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Lee, it sounds as if you got a bad cone. The one that came with my Riva is clearly threaded and screws on to the battery. I'd suggest contacting your vendor. Maybe you can send them a picture of it and they can mail you a replacement cone. The good news is that it is not required to start using your Riva 510.

Cone is faulty. Contact Vendor and let them know. BTW - you do not need the cone vape away. Some people like the cone others like me never used it. It just made the draw to hard for my liking.

Awesome thank you both so much! I've been going crazy trying to get this thing on! I guess I'll try to contact my vendor and get a new one. Again, thank you very much. I wasn't expecting a response so quickly!
