Hi there! I'm new. Obviously. But I have been vaping on and off for 4 years, dabbling in everything from cigalikes to $5 gas station set-ups, to $150+ dollar monsters (that my wife found the receipts to and forced me to sell/return!) I love to vape, all day every day. My favorite liquid is 26mg Andrew' Chocolate Mint from Sweet Southern Vapes followed by their tank busting Atomic Fireball flavor!

Currently using a Kangertech EVOD VV battery with an authentic Aspire Nautilus 1.6Ohm coil.

Thus brings me to the question. I have many batteries, and none of them do the power buttons light up when charging. Suddenly as of last night, the power buttons are staying lit while charging on both my EVOD VV batteries. They seem to be charging, but is is just weird they are suddenly doing this.

Thanks in advance!

I've found that, with my ego style VVs, sometimes it will, sometimes it won't. Seems to depend on the level of discharge. If really low, the battery light will come on for some time - sometimes quite some time! - before going out, with the charger light still red. If not really low, the battery light might blink on, then off, for the duration of the charge.

And do clean the contacts. Often. I'll swab mine out any time I change or remove the topper. A bit of dried juice on the contact will affect charging. (And performance!) And occasionally clean the charger contact as well.

I think you are alright. When I used ego style devices sometimes the power light would stay lit while charging. But just to be safe watch it for any other signs. Also sometimes when the batteries are older and close to ending their life they might do this. If you notice the light come on when off the charger this usually means the battery has ended it's life. I had one who's light came on, I couldn't use it of.course and it died that way. So just watch for other signs. I know they have a certain life cycle and once that's reached its time for another. But that's when the light comes on off the charger by itself. So just watch it closely for any other behaviors that might indicate it's ended it's cycle. Hope this helps. Best wishes.

It's a great shop. They're at least 25% cheaper on everything but e-juice (which is priced the same as other shops). When I take into account they are only 5 miles away and the next best shop is 25 miles away, I save even more due to 8MPG. Lol.

I HAD an MVP 2.0 until my wife found the receipt for it. She was none too pleased. Lol. Made me take it bad. Wss a sad day. It was the best vape I had ever had. Aspire Nautilus + MVP = Win.
