You can't post on other forums besides the newb forum until u post a certain amount of times. I think u can comment and check out all the forums once uv posted 5. That's what I read anyway, I've posted 7, and it STILL won't let me post on other forums. U get more privileges the more u post. Hope that answers ur question.
