Man if I had known about all this 3 years ago! I just purchased my first E cig....for my brother. I myself was a 1-1 1/2 pack a day smoker. I cold turkey'ed it just a few months shy of 3 years ago. I absolutely have to thank everyone that contributes to this forum. I have learned a lot and I know I will continue to learn from this great site. Keep up the great work everyone!! Also...I went with the Modern Vapor Sidesho for my brother.

Wow you went cold turkey and it's been 3 years huh? I smoked for 19 years and the only cold turkey I could handle is between some bread with some mayo and mustard.
