I'm new to the forum, and I want to thank the forum team for allowing me to become a member. Before I ever ordered anything to do with e-cigarettes, I came here and read all the post and all the replies to those post. I learned so much from doing this. When I decided I had enough information to order what I needed to get started, I did and because of the information I found here, I was able to buy what I needed and not spend a bunch of money on stuff that was not going to be right for me. So now that I've become a member of the e-cigarette family, I'm looking forward to learning more about the e-cigarette from you.

I'm yet another new member, and relatively new to the world of vaping. I decided about three weeks ago that I was done with smoking. Like many "unenlightened" new vapers, I bought my first e-cig at a local gas station. I should have just set a match to that $40, because it was complete junk and only worked - marginally at best - for a few days. Then a coworker told me that I just HAD to try this wonderful Smoke51 Trio! So, I bought that at a local smoke shop. Better than the first one, but still pretty meh. During the trials of these two e-cigarettes I was not successful at giving up analogs. I cut way back, but I was still smoking. And NOT smoking was torture.

Then I hopped online and looked around to see what was available. I ended up with a 510-T, and I love it. I'll be ordering a passthru today to get around the battery life issue while I'm at home and glued to my computer. I have already amassed a couple dozen juices to try out, with my current favorite being FSUSA's Hypnotic Mist.

Since I got the 510-T, I'm much closer to being a former analog smoker. The only analogs I'm having trouble giving up are the two on my way home from work three mornings a week. Still, when I light one it tastes like .... I suspect soon those will be history as well. I started off at two ppd, so I'm not unhappy.

With the 510-T, I can honestly say that THIS is what I'd hoped an e-cig would be.

You did it the right way pa pa t. Wish I had :(. But my start wasn't too bad, just not as great as it would have been if I had found my way here first.

Angel: If you went from 2 pad to 6 analogs a week, you are doing great, especially only a few weeks into vaping. I vaped with a store bought ecig for about a month and went from 1.5 pad to 5 analogs a day. Then decided to take the plunge and quit analogs completely. It's been about a month and a half analog free and, so far, I don't see myself going back to them.
