It wasn't just you... there were other actually more direct about it than you were... but I have done my research into it... if nicotine use (patches, gums) are ok for me there is no reason vaping shouldn't be ok... I posted a link on the first page about that...

Back to topic... thanks for the info on the ego... I'm just trying to figure out if I would prefer the tank or carto... if I get the ego can I use a tank on it? Like be able to switch it to a tank? Without a mod or anything

Unless things changed in the last few months you need a special atomizer to use the ego tank system. It always leaked on me and was only so so with performance. You will need the tank atomizers and blank tanks, but you can buy the cartomizers and use the same battery. The cones might not fit over all the different attachments.

You could get a ego tank style starter kit and just pick up some spare 1.7-2.0ohm cartomizers with 510 threads to try out. That would probably be the most cost effective.

Congratulations on the little one and welcome to ECF.

Personally, I didn't care for the eGo-T. I love the batteries but not the tank system. Too many hassles for me. I suggest an eGo or riva lite bundle from liberty-flights.com, a box or 2 of Boge 2ohm cartomizers, and a drip tip. Vaping at it's finest. Or go with a KGO kit from hoosierecigsupply.com. KGO's have a good sized battery and hit a little harder than the eGo does. As for juice, since you vaped once before, then you know what you need. If you can, I would cut down as low as possible. I know that nic doesn't have anymore side effects than caffeine but still, you have a munchin inside you. Use just what you can physically get away with on the low side in strength.

Thanks! Exactly what I was wanting to know... would you recomend the boge cartos and drip tips with the kgo? Or just use that kit as is?

If your still looking for an Ego type battery, don't waste your time with anything else, this is the BEST, highest quality highest mAh and best PRICE, (43 bucks for 2 battery's) that you will find anywhere as an Ego clone.

KGO 1100 mAh 2 battery kit

That's the one I've been keeping my eye on... will be ordering it Tuesday... payday... kinda broke having just bought a new washer and dryer... can't wait... any accessories you might recommend? I'm already pretty sure I'm gonna get the ego case and the lanyard... but anything else?

When I ordered my kit I got the rubberized black edition, comes with 2 attys and some cartidges, I didn't really pay much attention to that since I don't use attys.
Hoosier sells cartomizers though, not too bad of a price, the boges I think are right on par with madvapes, and the 1.7 ohms are even cheaper looks like. Don't get the 1.25 ohm, that's too LR for the kgo, it will void the warranty, the 2 ohm boges are great on it, 1.7 is very good too, lots of vapor and flavor.
I would grab a pack of whatever you choose at the same time, beat some shipping costs. Depends on what you want. The case is better than the one I had, before I ordered, truth be told I ordered the case for free shipping since I was only 3 bucks away from qualifying. :D Also the hoosier site recommends 1.5 ohm, as the lowest LR for the Kgo, play around with carto's see what you like.
It's a standard 510 connection. Full metal construction. You won't be disappointed. Ive never got juice from hoosier, their options are too limited for me to order enough to justify shipping cost. (can you tell yet? I don't like paying for shipping lol.) CCV has some great cartomizers very very good prices for the 15 pack deals, and their shipping is FREE :)

So onto my next question... what exactly is the purpose of a drip tip?

Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk

Well they give you something to put your mouth around that is comfortable and were originally made for dripping. Dripping is when you have an atomizer attached and you drop liquid directly onto the coil, then take a few puffs. This is ideal for getting the most out of each puff and for flavor, it is what every single tank/cartomizer is trying to achieve but with a reservoir. It is also kind of an art form to get it down so that it is never dry/flooded. You can also use a drip tip on the end of some cartomizers for a more comfortable mouth piece. Some people like myself buy them for both function and aesthetics.

+1 They do provide a more comfortable vape, and I love all the pwetty shineh koleeerrrs.

As far as juice, I mainly buy from madvapes <-- link I tried Velvet Vapors <-- link I didn't cqare for Velvet vapors very much, but they do have a huge selection of juice flavors, their a bit on the pricey side also.
