i am new to this forum looking for a nice spot to share ideas.

new to vaping also i started with ego's , now i am on an itaste mvp v2.0 which is way better by the way. I am using kanger aerotanks mega and mini now and they are not bad at all at least better than the ce4

Welcome to ECF! It seems like you're on the right track.. I started with ego's but have moved on to the Spinner II and have an iTaste vv as well. I like them both but im getting steadily into mods now.
