@david laidlaw Hello and welcome to the forums!!!! Plenty of wonderful people willing to help out when ever we can. Do you currently use tobacco? If so, how much. These are some things needed to know to get the ball rolling for you as to what would be good "IMHO" route for you. Everyone is different. When you write/reply 5 posts, you will be able to post in other sections of the forums to better discuss certain aspects.

What are you vaping on and how long have you been smoke free?

I use a U20 - been smoke free for over a year - but now in trouble ..... in SG and no liquid ! :-(
