Hi all, I am new to vaping. I quit smoking a pipe 6 yrs ago. I miss the relaxation I got from it. So I starting vaping 6 months ago. Started with the simple battery with a Kanger Tech Pro tank 3. Recently bought a Wismec gen 3. That was a huge step up for me. A Lot of tech there. For me anyway. I really enjoy the different flavors offered in "juice". I'm not into huge clouds ,just a pleasant vape. Looking forward to reading the posts and trying to figure out how to use the proper features in the Gen 3.

When I got down to about 2mg, the nicotine was the benefit, but it would remind me to find a spot and sit for 10 minutes. Relaxing for 10 minutes on the front porch is healthy.

Taking vape breaks is good. It really is a good, healthy hobby.

I'd say vaping is a much better choice than returning to pipe-smoking so glad you are enjoying things so far. Welcome to ECF and I hope your stay is beneficial. Lots of knowledgeable folks around so feel free to ask any questions you have.
