Well good for you 5 cigs in 2 weeks is great start .May i suggest to keep trying and hold your ecig close to you when you get the cig urge . You can also increase ever so slightly the nic content to suppress the urge if you find it is not going away.
Before you know it you will be successful.
Good luck.

Thanks people for the warm greeting. Oh yes my vape doesn't leave my hand much ....but have to say everything does have a cleaner smell. My 1st vape kit is the Kangertech Iken......I love it for the ease. Now I want to get another kit....decisions decisions ???
Guess Ill ask a silly question.....probably the answer will be "hows longs a piece of string?.however......as I love the ease of no batteries any suggestions?

Welcome to ECF, and yes, transitioning can be hard at first. Just keep vaping and you will soon meet with success. If you have any questions or things that you are wondering about, here is a great place to ask them.

But most of all, welcome to "visibility" and I hope you enjoy your stay here :)

If you need a lot of power, I think Innoken makes some larger capacity internal battery mods that are rather good and reliable.

If you need something smaller and less bulky, the pico25 series has an internal battery mod, there is the Aspire zelos and Pegasus. The latter all have restrictions on how large an atomizer can be without overhang, but if looking for something larger I would check out Innoken's manufacturer's page see if you find something that would suit.

Best of luck,

Anna

Welcome and glad you joined.

re: Vaping with nicotine vs. nicotine free. Does this alter our vaping habits?
Sounds like you may have found your ideal nic % requirement, but if feel like cutting down on vaping a little, you can increase the nic in your e-liquid a few percentage points ( 2-3mg example).
