Firstly I would like to thank all for sharing their experience.
I just bought vaporesso gen which is perfectly working before I had puma.
and using tank ZEUS X.
and I would like to know your advise concerning pre-built coil what is the best?
I'm using 0.45 Ω.

Welcome to ECF I can't specifically say what coil option is best, other than really it often comes down to personal preference. Also, maybe "best" in what way? What do you want out of if, flavor, longevity, clouds? Etc.

Coil resistance and other factors contribute to the many different aspects of pleasure with regards to your* ultimate vape. Below are some of the aspects one would have to know in order to attempt to answer your question:
In General lower ohm coils/higher wattage vaping:
More Expensive
Heat The Coil Faster
May produce More Vapor, can mute taste (coat mouth/build up)
Drain The Battery Faster/shorten life
Use E-Juice Faster
Produce A Warmer Tasting Vape
Shorten Coil Life
Shorten Wick Life
May Produce more Dry Hits
May be less healthier - higher temps.
May Produce Spit Back
More PV Maintenance/Issues
More irritation to non vapers (tends create more negative comments regarding cloud production)
More exposure to carcinogens at high temps

Like @BrotherBob said... we need more info. Also, besides which coil you use, wicking is important and how many watts to use.
Good choice of mod and tank.
