New Order Status Messages?

Hi there,
We still haven't perfected things yet, which is the reason why we haven't really said anything about it. Things may still change with the status names, and how frequently customers are updated through email, but since there is definitely some confusion, I will explain how it is working for now...
When an order is placed, the status will read "Awaiting Fulfillment" (same as "Pending" in the past).
The order will then be updated to "Pending", which now means that it has entered the group of orders that are under production that day (used to be "Baking").
Once the order has shipped, the status changes to "Completed" (formerly "Shipping").
Of course once the order is completed, you should also receive an email from Click-N-Ship, which is the US Postal Service, that contains a tracking number.
As most people know by now, the website was dramatically changed on December 27th, even though things look much the same. With this change came a different type of status system. Ms T is actively looking into how we can get the status system more like we want it. So again, things may change, but when we get it like we want it, there will be info available via the News and Updates link and on the news ticker. Please check this news often, because it seems to be an underutilized component that holds some valuable information. Status info will most likely enter the FAQ and/or Shipping Info, and may be explained on confirmation emails as well. Bear with us, we will have everything flushed out before long!!
