Hello everyone,
Im new to the forum. Start vaping 2 months ago to stop smoking 1 and a half pack of cigarettes a day.
I start with a pen to see if its something that i can do, and works like a charm.
I dont smoke since the day i bought it.
After that i do a little upgrade to a voopoo drag mini kit.
And i want get a better stuff and buy a RTA tank but i cant upgrade my mod right now and beside being a mod with internal battery at night when i go sleep my battery was half or 3/4 full.
So ... it was good to buy a dual coil tank ? maybe in begin of 2020 i will buy a dual battery mod but im kinda tired of buying coil heads and for what i read we have better experience with this kind of tanks.
im looking for a dual coil because i focus more on get a good amount of "smoke".

First post but not the last

Welcome and congrats! First bit of advice... get a backup! Anything (just in case) Don't know what you mean by "dual coil tank" but that's OK, lots of good people here to help. I don't think you are ready for RTA (yes, good idea but get settled in first... no hurry) A good mod with replaceable batteries is a good idea, but you really need an external charger for that. One step at a time. You imply that you like DL (direct lung... lots of vapor) more than MTL(mouth to lung... less vapor) Tell us what you are using and what juice (details) so we can recommend stuff.
Please call it "vapor" not "smoke". What kind of budget do you have? I'm very low budget and can find really good deals. many closeout sales out there... ask around here before buying. Here's an example:

Hello @rWolf and welcome.

Personally I'd say that you may be better looking into RDA's (drippers) and Squonk mods, as RDA's are the most easiest rebuildables to work with and use. Also there's loads of great cheap clones (copys) of high end ones available.

As with RTA's you can end up with the liquid reservoir airlocking and then liquid stops flowing to the coil. Then your wicking ends up getting toasted to burnt, and you definitely don't need that when vaping.

Welcome to ecf, need a little bit more information to help you on your vaping path, I've got plenty different tanks that are rta and some are a nightmare to build, the dead rabbit rta and rda are both good but you really need to look into what you want to do, I'm currently into rebuildable mesh rdas on a squonk mod, so easy to build and flavour is top, word of warning, they use lots of cotton but last longer than the normal dual coils, if you go down the mesh path try the profile, it comes in both flavours, rta and rda but the rda in squonk is superb
