I read the report all the way through. They make good points and it's a readable length. It's all a good over view of the kinds of responses of various levels of government. It's interesting the Canadians have something in their constitution the US does not. Something about not interfering unreasonably with the people's efforts to protect themselves from harm. Apparently we don't have have that down here in the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Interesting article, it is good to see this information put together in a report. Hopefully the Canadian government pays attention, although that is not likely. Thanks for sharing this.
Im not sure if its a new update or not(I dont remember it being there yesterday when I first looked at the report), but there is an advisory affixed to the "cover page" stating that the government will ban this report.
