I have only got one apart so far. I just screwed an old dead stick batt to it and pulled like h#ll and finally managed to get it off. Kind of like taking the metal tube off a ce2. I only tried one other and haven't got it off yet. I think the connecter is loose too so it might not be any good now I wont know till I get it apart. It would go a lot faster if I had something more solid I could screw it into and place in a vise or something to hold it. I don't want to crush the stuck batt clamping anything to it...
Might try heating it up with a hair dryer or heat gun might expand the outer part a little make it easier to get off but don't heat so much you melt the plastic lol
