Hi all, I am glad to have found this forum ..... as a starting point, is anyone aware of a good place in Regina to buy product or are we still limited to online shopping?

Welcome to ECF. Not really sure of where Regina is located , but a google search for e-cig , should tell you . That being said , the internet places are usually a lot cheaper , than the brick and mortar stores . I have several b&m's near me , but still buy almost all of my supplies , online . Good luck .
