Redeyedancer? Why doesn't your website explain more about the batteries and charger is not included. You could even sell that on your site, or uhmm.. include it?

Also, a couple of the atty u sent was DOA.

So I just threw it in a box and forgot about it, vaping something else..

Now I remembered about the REo Mini , so I finally ordered some batteries, hmmm....

This thing looks really cool and I can't w8 to get it up and running!

Well, to be honest...the website has been the victim of a very successful small business that took off like a shot and left Rob very little time for improvement. But your comment has not gone unheard. This will be addressed shortly.

Batteries & Chargers will not be included in the price of the mod. Perhaps someday they will be added to the site available to purchase, but again, that takes time to arrange. Right now, it takes everything he has to keep up with the demand.

Your problem with your atties should be addressed directly with Rob. You are welcome to email him at reo@reosmods.com or PM him.

In the meantime, I hope you find your mini as awesome a device as I do. Keep us posted.

Reo mini's are one of the best pv's to have. Rob is a real stand up guy who works really hard to make sure the mods we get are 100% perfect and just based on the customer service that he provided that I'm aware of - I'm sure he'd love to give the whole kit with batteries and all if he could. From what I know of - his business is just a one man operation so that in itself must be pretty tough to maintain.

In any case, if you think it looks cool, wait until you vape with it (especially when you're out and about). That's when you'll be glad you got yourself one

I just got the batteries in, and the reo is up and running! Amazing device, works perfectly! THIS is the way to vape! I am using boge LR 510 atty with alien vision e liq. What an amazing set up. I dont know how I ever got by without a reo!

Please put the info on your site "what you will need if the reo is your first mod" so that future customers will be able to order everything they need right away. I think that would help a lot.

Glad you like your REO and welcome to the club. I always encourage people to do some research here on the sub-forum before they make their purchase. Which will get them ready with all the info that they would need.

That's what I did and had the batts, atty's, and charger all ready when my REO came and now, I have three of them and wanting the VV REO when it comes out.

The point of this post wasn't the dead attys, the point was I was excited about getting the reo up and running finally. I thought it would be good to list on your website what all was needed, so that people could order everything they need right away. I only mentioned it in passing about the attys.
It was nice of you to offer to replace the attys. If I thought it was a big deal then I would have emailed you right away. Its not a big deal, but since you asked for my info in pm, that is why I responded. I was not expecting the harsh words though in pm! If its such a problem to replace the attys then why offer?
