Please ALL, forgive this post...
Now you are stating that I have a bad business practice, so I need to say something...
If anyone ever had problems in the past, I've ALWAYS tried to work with them. But usually it's been caused by user error, not manufacturing. And if a person couldn't work things out, or just wasn't satisfied and asked for money back, I've ALWAYS refunded their money. But not to the people that have destroyed their Sabers. No company is going to refund money for a product that has been destroyed by the buyer.
I spent hours emailing back and forth with you, trying to work things out, and offered your money back, 100%, but instead you've decided that without giving a chance for me to remake your Saber, or refund your money, you would start threads to discredit me, my products, and my company.
I have always, and will continue to try to offer the best service I can. I have for 2+ years with Vapor Moon. And let the 1000's of proud and happy owners of Sabers speak out. But it's always the people that just can't be satisfied are the ones heard from.
And yes, I'll admit, the ST is not for everyone. Just like vaping with another product might not make a person happy. But products are not created to fit everyone's needs or wants, or even works properly for everyone. It can't be done. But trying to put down someone because the product didn't fit there needs isn't a reason to discredit them.
I'm sorry, to everyone that for a few days, I wasn't able to answer emails, or write on the forums. But I was called away to drive 4 hours away because my sister-in-law had a tragic accident and almost died. Yes, I felt that was a little more of a priority to be with them and try to help out for a few days. Some things just can't be helped. But I did offer you as much help a I could give, offered to remake your Saber in any style or color you wanted. I even offered you to refund your money since remaking your Saber would actually loose me money. You bought a Saber that was discounted way below market price anyway. Yet I offered to remake it anyway you wanted. I don't feel that I was unfair to you or didn't try everything to make you a happy ST owner. I should copy and paste all the emails and responses that transacted on Monday.
I want to apologize to you and to all that read this post... this isn't in my character to answer to post anything like this. But, I'm sorry I needed to say something when my ethics are shamed in public just because someone wasn't happy with one of my products. Please all, forgive me.
I will always try to offer a great product, and great service to all that request it.
