My ST Mini works great with the recommended high drain AW IMR batteries. Had it for a week and no problems at all. Also works great on the passthrough. I use lotion, but it's really a non-issue. It's winter, my hands are probably more dry than usual. I also tend to over-wash my hands, most nurses develop this habit and just over-wash even at home. I'm already planning to get my second ST because it works so well.

Look at the ingredients in your lotion, I would bet money that one of the first 3-4 things if not first, listed is in fact WATER :)

I am making one last post on this matter and I am done.

I have recieved numerous pms from folks stating thier bad experiences with this mod trying get it to work or trying to get thier money back once the mod was sent back in etc. That is why I chose to have my FIL fix it, I won't loose money and I KNOW i can trust him to make it work. It truly is a shame that vapers here on ECF are afraid to speak out, but after seeing what I am experiencing with this mod from folks, I see why. If you are a 3.7v vaper, you may very well have to LICK/wet your finger/thumb to vape, something I personally find unacceptable. For those willing to do this to make it work, that is your choice just as it is my right to voice displeasure at this practice!


Just so you guys know the facts, I was going to send the mod back in to VM and he stated in an email that he would make me a new one and if it didn't work I would get a refund. I was going to do that UNTIL, I got pms warning me about the practice of people not actually getting all thier money back, once he had the mod, even after telling them they would get a full refund.

For those that this mod will fire for, congradulations, for those of us it wont fire for without licking we are out money, think how you would feel if it was you, I bet you would not be very happy!

Now you are stating that I have a bad business practice, so I need to say something...

If anyone ever had problems in the past, I've ALWAYS tried to work with them. But usually it's been caused by user error, not manufacturing. And if a person couldn't work things out, or just wasn't satisfied and asked for money back, I've ALWAYS refunded their money. But not to the people that have destroyed their Sabers. No company is going to refund money for a product that has been destroyed by the buyer.

I spent hours emailing back and forth with you, trying to work things out, and offered your money back, 100%, but instead you've decided that without giving a chance for me to remake your Saber, or refund your money, you would start threads to discredit me, my products, and my company.

I have always, and will continue to try to offer the best service I can. I have for 2+ years with Vapor Moon. And let the 1000's of proud and happy owners of Sabers speak out. But it's always the people that just can't be satisfied are the ones heard from.
And yes, I'll admit, the ST is not for everyone. Just like vaping with another product might not make a person happy. But products are not created to fit everyone's needs or wants, or even works properly for everyone. It can't be done. But trying to put down someone because the product didn't fit there needs isn't a reason to discredit them.

I'm sorry, to everyone that for a few days, I wasn't able to answer emails, or write on the forums. But I was called away to drive 4 hours away because my sister-in-law had a tragic accident and almost died. Yes, I felt that was a little more of a priority to be with them and try to help out for a few days. Some things just can't be helped. But I did offer you as much help a I could give, offered to remake your Saber in any style or color you wanted. I even offered you to refund your money since remaking your Saber would actually loose me money. You bought a Saber that was discounted way below market price anyway. Yet I offered to remake it anyway you wanted. I don't feel that I was unfair to you or didn't try everything to make you a happy ST owner. I should copy and paste all the emails and responses that transacted on Monday.

I want to apologize to you and to all that read this post... this isn't in my character to answer to post anything like this. But, I'm sorry I needed to say something when my ethics are shamed in public just because someone wasn't happy with one of my products. Please all, forgive me.

I will always try to offer a great product, and great service to all that request it.
 
I seen this coming the minute I read the OP's first thread, not to mention with the numerous other threads she posted in, that there was going to be no way of satisfying here and that Karmakatie's only true intention was to try and cause problems. Now before I get accused of being in a clique again, I do not own a Saber Touch (I just can't stand watching someone try to ruin a persons rep for no reason at all). After reading nothing but great reviews about them and the reputation of Sir Lawrence in regards to making sure the customer is always happy, I went ahead and purchased one. Knowing that if I did have a problem SL would do everything within reason to make it right.

Karmakatie, you seem to have a personal vendetta against Sir Lawrence and his product. Almost like you have something to gain by ruining him. Your posts regarding this mater have been in very poor taste and completely uncalled for. If your goal was to deter people from buying Sabers, you have failed. The only thing you accomplished was to make yourself look ridiculous. My advise is to send it back for the full refund that Sir Lawrence offered you and to honor your word about not posting anymore in regards to this mater. You will only make yourself look more childish if you continue to carry on the way you are. Nothing personal and no offense intended, I wish you the best of luck with your future vaping experiences.

This is unfair, u nv give him a chance. Did he not tell u that he will make a new 1 for u or refund u in full? B4 u judge him, shouldnt u send it back and see if he keep his word? but u nv did that. U assume eveything will happen as what ur pm said.
If Sir_Lawrence is doing some dishonest business here, he would have long been removed from here. We have strict rules in ECF.
Of course u have ur rights to voice out ur displeasure on this mod. But u do not soil his reputation this way just because u receive pms from folks having bad experiences and u judged him, not giving him a chance to make it right for u. Things are not made perfect for everyone, u cant please eveybody, if this is not working for u, theres are many others out there which u will initially find 1 thats suits u.
No matter what, i wish u in finding ur denpendable mod that suits u. Keep on vaping though even if u have bad experiences.

Oh and Thx for the congrats, im one of the guy that do not need licking my finger to get it to fire at 3.7v. :D

I can't think of another vendor who always thrives to improve his product like Vapor Moon. I don't own a Saber Touch because my wife would kill me if I bought another PV. Nonetheless, Sir. Lawrence is not only a solid vendor, he's also a very generous one, on numerous occasions he would give away his mods so people can experience a higher level of vaping, I can specifically remember this occurring on Elixirtv.

There is a proper way to vent your frustrations with a product, based on timelines and proper protocol to follow...this person didn't do that.

One of my first PVs outside of a 510 and eGo was the first Indulgence from Eastmall...talk about "back-and-forth" with China. I realized the strengths and weaknesses of the Indulgence, reviewed best practices on ECF and adapted appropriately.

I strongly recommend anyone interested in a PV to do the research properly, and find out what works for them based on their own experience, reviews, and recommendations.

BTW…Sir Lawrence, I might need to have a talk with my wife, that “racing red” Saber Touch is looking better every day.:ohmy:
