New Sealed Auto Batteries from SI

Smokeless image volt, Heard so many good things i bought one and it came in the mail today. after 10 minutes of vaping one of the batteries are stuck in the ON Position and its a sealed battery. No juice got on the battery at all durring the time i used it.

is there ANY way to fix it? I think Smokeless image has something on their site that says they are closed untill the 24th.

File a ticket with SI and get a replacement.
