The only cons it has is that its plastic and can react with some juices and will have wicking issues with high vg based liquids. Other than that is a good clero for the price and even has replaceable coil/wick heads. As far as hit goes you will probably find your using a lower resistance head on that clearo compared to your carto. IF your using a std ego fixed volt batt 1.8-2.2 ohms work best since its a 3.4-3.7 volt batt. Lets us know what battery type your using as well. Personally I went from egos to ego twist VV batts pretty fast mainly for the ability to set the batt to the optimum for the coils and juices instead of having to match coils to the bat and juice, and now I have an evic :)

My local shop (vapor kings) uses a couple hundred of them on ego batteries at their juice testing bar for trying juices. One negative with them being top fed is that you will need to occasionally turn it upside down to let the juice wick up when its getting low, otherwise you may get a dry hit (burnt taste). A pro to them is that they are cheap and easily replaceable.
