I know its not morning anymore but--definitely try the blue foam. It works WAY better. I have the sidesho too and it only took me a day or 2 to decide to try it. You'll be surprised. Also, be careful not to overfill. It seems to me they flood easily and stop producing vapor. When I had that happen(flooded it), I rinsed the atty in grain alcohol then blew it out and it worked fine again. Good luck!

Off to buy some blue foam right now! I'll be back later to let y'all know how it went. I've been dripping today and I have to say, i'm a little worried about one of these attys...
Ok, got my blue foam.... cut it a little wider and a little shorter than my inner cart. Put it in the inner cart, dripped 8 drops on it and put it all back together. Have to say, I'm not too impressed yet. I'm not getting any more vapor than the polyfill, and most puffs, I'm getting nothing at all. Maybe I am still doing something wrong? I put my blue foam flush with the top of the white cart. Looks like now, it's pushed down to the bottom. My atty seems a little dry. So, do I need a longer piece of foam? Is my atty still not broken in maybe? Should I prime my atty a little? Do I still need to let it rest a few minutes between puffs? AAAhhhh! So many questions!!!! Thank goodness you guys are here....

Yes, manual is better. Hmmm I'm surprised you're not seeing a difference. Yes it might be too short. Yes prime your atty with a couple drops. If the cart was dry, you shoul get about 12 drops in there so maybe add a couple more. I definitely got better everything with the blue foam but mainly it was more consistant and lasted longer. Also you'd be real surprised how different juices produce different amounts of vapor. At this point, that could be a problem. If it's still not good for you, you might want to consider a 510 or Tony's 902. The 902 you could try for little money because the sidesho batties will work on it. They will just be a little thinner that the 902 atty and carts. To try it out all you would have to buy is a 902 atty and a box of blank carts. My wife prefers the sidesho but I prefer the 902. Still use my sidesho too though.
I did a drop on the atty and it's working a little better... I'm gonna fiddle with it a little more tomorrow. Everyone swears by the blue foam, so I'm sure it's user error in my case. I have some juice ordered with a little vg in it, so hopefully that will help too. I'm only on my second full day of vaping, so I'm not gonna give up on this thing yet! I got better vapor from my manual battery too it seemed, so when it's done charging I'll give it a shot. I'm getting good vapor when I let it sit for a minute in between puffs.... hmmmmm. I'm just impatient, LOL! I want to have everything perfect RIGHT NOW!! Also, still a little cranky from no analogs and we all know that doesn't help any! I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly! Good to have another sidesho user to help me out with all this. I don't think I would have the patience to stick with it if I didn't keep reading about how happy people are with it once they get it figured out. Not giving up yet! 
So, how is the blue foam mod working for you today, lilmomma? I am planning to pick some up after work today and am anxious to see if it makes a difference for me too.
I've had a pretty busy day, so I haven't had much of a chance to mess with it yet. I've been dripping all day and getting some great vapor, so I think my atty is officially broken in, YAY! I really think I cut the foam a little too small last night, to tell you the truth. Here in a little bit, when the kiddos go down for naps, I'll be able to mess with it again. I'll be sure to let you know how it's going. I'm really hoping my frustration will save someone else some frustration, so I'll keep posting till I get it right!
Don't worry, I felt exactly the same way. After 2.5 days on the atty, changing to blue foam and getting a manual battery, I finally was happy. Granted though, I've moved on to Tony's 902 with the Sidesho as a back, although I still love it. My wife prefers the Sidesho. Keep us updated.
Holy vapor Batman! HAAAALLELUJAH! I made the blue foam work! I cut a piece of blue foam the same as last night, a little wider than the inner cart, but this time I cut it longer so it was flush with the end of the cart instead of a millimeter or so shorter. Filled it with 12 drops just as G man said and put it all back together. I didn't get a chance to vape it immediately. About an hour later now, and it's hitting like a champ! Great taste, MUCH better vapor and so far, no liquid in my mouth! Hooray! I'm sure there's still many things that will go wrong for me, but I am so proud of myself right now! LOL! Just gotta give a big thanks to Garnoch for holding my hand the past couple days! I would have given up for sure without your step by step guidance! Did I mention that I love e-cigarette-forum?! I'm a happy momma right now for sure!
UPDATE: about 30 minutes of almost constant vaping later, and still going strong. I think I got it this time!
