hii. im new. I just started using a e cig. i got my ecig from smoketip! i contacted them about when the cartridge runs out of fluid. They said

1) The cartridge tip will get warm by mouth
2) Burnt taste
3) No flavor

first of all the tip is always warm for me after like 3 puffs second.. there always a little bit of a burnt taste so that really wasnt helpful. and i only have menthol right now so i have no clue if taste is changing. DOes anyone have a better answers cause those didnt help me at all. oh im using smoketip

Hi, I started with Smoketip in Sept and still use the cartomizers on occasion. When they run out they give a noticably burnt taste. Change cartridge immediately at that time. Continuing to use will not only taste nasty but will ruin the filler inside. The little bit of a burnt taste you are describing may just be your perception coming from Cigs, I don't know. You said you have only menthol, I used tobacco flavor. You may want to order the fruit flavor variety pack as that may be easier to tell if it's running out until you get the hang of it.

Another way to gauge is how often you use it. Everyone inhales differently, but as a pack and a half a day smoker a new cartridge would last me the equivalent of half to 3/4 of a pack; if I would start in the morning I would need a new one by mid evening. Earlier if I am not at work and vaping heavily.

Their cartomizers refill quite nicely so if you think you may want to try that in the future set them off to the side instead of disposing. Smoketip does not offer juice, just carts but you can use any similar flavor from any vendor to refill.

first of all the tip is always warm for me after like 3 puffs second - also this is normal for tip to be warm. You may want to pause between puffs, unlike smoking as this could be causing your carts to heat up too much.

another question. i just switched batteries and i put cartridge in the other cig battery that ilet charge for 10 hours. i noticed im barely getting smoke out of the second smoketip battery compared to the other one. did i charge it too long or is it not broken in ?

It's probably fine. I had problems with battery charging too. I was charging it with the light at green. You have to turn the battery (gently) until the tip flashes and the charging port turns red and stays red for a few hours. It will turn green after that when it's charged. It's kind of tricky.

Also sometimes you need to reset battery. (rareley if nothing else works- you put your mouth on either side of battery and blow in and out - sounds weird I know) You can do a search here or go to Smoketip site and look under helpful hints for detailed instructions or call them. I would link but my DSL connection keeps going out.

I still have my original batteries after 3 months and they have been used daily.
