New Smoktech SID, anyway to read sub ohm resistances?

I recently replaced my old vamo v3 with a smoktech sid, and the first thing i noticed is that i can't seem to read sub ohm coils. It's not that I'm trying to fire it sub ohm, but rather use it as an ohm reader as well as an APV. Is there anyway for you to display the resistance of the current coil? Anything sub 1.2 just gives me the "Low Load" message.

I suppose if you put something with a ~1.2 ohm resistance between the Sid and the atomiser it'd work. You'd just have to subtract its resistance from the reading.

You could daisy-chain 510 - 510 adapters till you hit 1.2 ohms. Can't see it being very practical, but it'd work... :)

chances are that id end up using just as much money doing that as using an atomizer ohm meter, I guess I'll just have to go that route. Damn shame I'm giving my friend the vamo, dont get me wrong, the SID is amazing, but the vamo did have its benefits.
