Vapors Lounge Return/Replacement Policy
PLEASE READ
Vapors Lounge strives to make the customers shopping experience the best it can be. We have instituted new guidelines for returns on products sold by Vapors Lounge to keep prices low for the customer, and to increase our quality of products. As such Products Sold After Thursday, July 27, 2011 will no longer be covered under our Full Coverage Policy.
Returns:
e-liquid: Under NO circumstance is Electronic Cigarette Liquid returnable. This is to keep our products safe and fresh for the customer. Once purchased the
e-liquid cannot be returned for Money Back, Trade or Store Credit. All Sales Are Final.
Electronic Cigarettes: Electronic Cigarette
batteries, atomizers, chargers and other electronic cigarette supplies are eligible for a 30-Day replacement warranty. This replacement warranty covers factory defects. Personal damage to the electronic cigarette is NOT covered and will not be replaced, This is any damage resulting from drops, violations of instructions, personal detailing, or any other customer related actions which would cause damage to the unit. To receive your replacement within the 30-days please have a copy of your receipt or email.
Electronic Cigarette batteries are Lithium ion rechargeable batteries and as such will decrease in performance with consistent use. Over a period of several months you may find your battery to decrease in power or battery life, this is the nature of the battery and is not a defect in the batteries operation. Dismemberment of the battery due to user error is not covered in our replacement. If the battery should fail due to manufacturer error then the battery can be replaced at the discretion of Vapors Lounge.
ALL RETURNS: Any Return to the Vapors Lounge is to be carried out with a replacement if it falls under the guidelines of our return policy. There is no Store Credit or Money Back All sales are final and the product can not be returned for a refund. Vapors Lounge cannot take back any items for cash back due to health and safety, No Exceptions.
We can work with you! If you purchased a unit before the above date Thursday, July 27, 2011 our store associates can assist you with the new return policy and aid you in replacement parts which were under a company replacement policy at the time of purchase. Please speak to a store associate for details.
Atomizers: The atomizer on an electronic cigarette is rated as a Disposable unit and is not meant to last for years. (average life 2-3months) As such atomizers are sold as Disposable units and cannot be returned due to damage. The LR (Low Resistance) has no warranty and can only be replace due to DOA (Dead on Arrival) any time after arrival of the atomizers in which it is not working the atomizer cannot be replaced. Standard Atomizers have a 7day (At time of purchase) replacement, if within 7days of purchase the atomizer fails to work due to manufacturing defects it can be replaced free of charge.
Atomizers come in different oHms and act differently due to their unique forms. As such some atomizers perform in different manners. Personal preference is not covered in our returns and dislike for an atomizer is not a reason for return. If the atomizer functions to its specific nature then the atomizer cannot be returned. Customer error which leads to destruction of the atomizer is not covered.
Money Back and Store Credit Returns: Due to the nature of these products all sales are final and there is No returns of products.
