Look around the forum and notice how many of us are now analog free, and how many of us have tried ALL the other methods of quitting and gone back to analogs anyway. E cigs made it so I didn't feel deprived at all. I won't lie, the first two weeks I still WANTED an analog, but was able to resist. Now I don't even feel that I want analogs anymore, the very thought grosses me out. I use 4mg carts and I was a pack a day, 14 year smoker.

W Axl is right. While I wasn't trying to quit, many here are the 'hard core' smokers that tried everything without much success. We figure that it is the visual and tactitle inhaling and exhaling that may be as much as 50% of the habit or more. That, for some reason, is what we need along with the nicotine and that is what none of the other alternatives provide.

Get yourself a starter kit - here's a popular one at a good price, and try it:

That's 18mg which is in the high middle area for nicotine. You could also get a 24mg just in case you needed more.
