New Style Clearomizers -- Juice coming out!

I got some of the new style clearomizers (XL) from Volcano. The new design is sturdier with a thicker plastic tube that won't crack easily.

The problem I am having is that the "bubbling" and when I use it the juice pops out and some gets into the area between the white "stopper" tip and the rubber part that covers the clearomizers wicking stuff. It gets pretty warm and the juice keeps coming through.

What can I do??? Im at work and can't change it out. I have two filled clearomizers (XL) and they are both doing it.

PS: I stood the PV on the flat battery end so the clearomizer is pointing up for about 5 mins and its not doing it as bad... but I read standing a PV like this is bad for it???

Keep the clearos vertical when possible. Most PVs are designed as a vertical colulmn,it's not bad for them at all.

When you lay them flat or close to flat juice can get in the center air tube and cause gurgling, which I'm guessing is what your referring to as bubbling, then when you draw it can pull the juice up in the top part and in your mouth.

You just need to keep it vertical whenever possible and it won't hurt your PV, the battery doesn't care what way it's positioned. If you do get juice in the center tube just unscrew it from the battery and blow in the end to clear it out and you should be ready to go.
