so i am coming from using a ego c twist with an old school 3.2ohm 510 atty that i loved to drip 24mg nic unflavoured vg juice into. i just bought a subox mini and am having trouble finding a good throat hit i was getting before. i cut my juice to 6mg and put on the .5 rba and tried the 1.5 one at 12mg and have varied wattage and just keepngetting harsher hits. i was hoping for a good strong hit but what i would get from the 510 and dripping i want to say was almost cooler. should i not cut my juice and keep it at 24mg and drop to 9_10 watts? im new to using tanks and mod boxes and just seeking advice from anyone who used same stuff. also i am a mtl guy and not big on direct to lung hits and like the "smoking" feel of everything. any advice is appreciated.

I think perhaps you need to get your coil and wattage settings squared away first. The 1.5Ω coil is going to give a better MTL experience in conjunction with closing the air flow on the tank down. Run this in straight WATTS mode, starting around 9W and get the air flow adjusted to a draw that you like. The tighter the draw, the lower the power you will run at to avoid getting burnt hits. It will take some experimenting to find the balance of draw and wattage to get the vapor production you like. Since you're coming from 3+Ω coils, hi-nic juice is going to have a harsher hit on the lower Ω coils - you may want to cut your juice to ~12mg nic level to start, then adjust to suit your taste.
