update: due to forum member concerns, the 48mg liquid will not be available until monday at the earliest. that should give me a chance to look over concerns and come up with a solution... whether it be cutting it to 36mg or so, or requiring people to check a box agreeing that it will only be used for mixing purposes at final concentration of 36mg or less

My order's in for the 48 mg. Here's how I feel about it. I am an adult....and at my age, am pretty sure I know what is good for me and what isn't. No one else has to make that decision for me. I mean, the government controls enough of what I can and can't do....I don't need my peers telling me as well.

I will most likely first try it with some loranns....but the bulk of it will be mixed with VG and loranns to the thickness I like. When I do that with the 36mg, it cuts the nic too much for me. With the 48, I can mix it with a good deal of flavor (which I need since my tastebuds are so weak)....and still get the nic I need. Win-win situation for me!

For those that can't understand that....or don't agree....oh well! Such is life, right?

i woke up to a lot of messages of support after all of the previous stuff. which has me up in the air as to what to do next. i probably will not be getting this in again as it stirred up too much bs really and with anything like this my main concern is peoples health. I had it made due to people asking me for a heavier concentration for mixing, but that won't stop someone from purchasing it and trying it unmixed.

in my defense, this is by far not the strongest concentration i have worked with, i had a 200ml batch of 72mg that i had a lab make a while back for mixing custom 36mg and 24mg flavors for people. I never put it up for sale undiluted and am wondering if i should have put this one up even though it is much less potent. of course when i worked on a farm we would also wear respirators and spray stuff down with black leaf 40... so..

unfortunately in this day and age it seems that the suppliers are tasked with protecting people from themselves. although the same people that worry about what could happen if a child got ahold of it (a valid concern), are also the same people that probably have a bottle of bleach sitting next to the washer, a few bottles of rubbing alcohol and peroxide sitting in an unlocked cabinet, and at least 10 different other toxic chemicals sitting under the sink. i am of the opinion that if people are not making mixed drinks with the bleach and oven cleaner, they probably are not going to squirt this in their mouth just to see what happens. but i have been wrong in the past

i am going to hold off on any permanent decision for a little while longer until i have more input from people.

We are all big boys and girls and we can and should be able to make these type of grown up deciisions, for ourselves
In business you offer what you customers want!! If there are some people who do not want a product you offer, THEY DO NOT BUY IT...
No different than not liking something on TV, don't like it, change the channel. For those, like me, that would love and appreciate the 48mg or 72 mg and understand, what we are buying, then be proud to offer it and sell it. I do understand the concern by members of the intensity of the the higher end nicotine, however, no one can be ridiculed and slammed for offering something, that some people want. If you allow people to dictate and control your business model, you will never end up being successful Sometimes there needs to be "break thru" TYPE PEOPLE, If that were not the case, we would not be vaping, cos the creators of the ecig would have never gotten off the ground

I would suggest that you set up a free account with eFax and require anyone who wants to buy the 48 (or 72) to fax a waiver of liability to you. eFax goes straight to your email. Very convenient.

This would be a good idea also, but in this day & age a 6 year old can send a fax. I had an idea that works on ammo sites, but it is the same, basically. To prove age to buy ammo, you have to fax or scan your drivers liscense & send as attachment e-mail with your SS blocked out. This all sounds good, but kids are good in Photochop too & a few numbers are no big deal. I did this, to buy ammo online, but in my opinion my son could have done it to with a little graphic work.


I would think you could put up a disclaimer, that a person buying products would have to read the terms & type, the word "AGREE", put a check mark or something there to complete a transaction. At least this way you know a person has been warned they are buying something not meant for let your kids get ahold of.

I agree that we are adult enough to make our own decisions on what we want to buy/use etc. It is also a parents responsibility to teach their kids to stay out of stuff & also keep stuff locked up. I know some don't and their are alot of crappy lawsuits & the courts are stupid enough to hear them............ I would buy 48 or 72 MG nic juice just for mixing & be able to use more flavoring also as most flavors to me seem weak since my taste buds really suck!

If it's going to get banned, it's going to anyway....48, 36, 24, 18, etc....to whatever level the powers that be decide. They could say only 4mg is legal. Who knows? I'll deal with that when the time comes. Meanwhile, I'll grab what I can

But I'll try the 48mg first. I think if I can hit the right mix, it may very well work out great for me.....and will be a lot easier than buying my own pure nic. We'll see!

The guys will laugh at me, but the this might give the ladies an idea of how to lock up our goodies. I have cats & dogs, & 5 grandkids so keeping nic locked up is a top priority around here, as one cart chewed up could kill one of my babies. I seen a moderately sized make-up train type case at Walmart. It is about 15 inches wide, 8 inches deep & probably 10 inches tall. Has shelves you fold out to the side after you unlatch it & drop the sides down. The bottom is great for juice bottles, the little shelves for atty's batteries, tweezers all out small goodies nice & neat. The good part is there train cases come with a built in lock & 2 key's. After all who wants to leave their MAC Collection unlocked for others to play in LOL........ I guess if you wanted to get a REALLY COOL case you could go to Sephora & pay a small fortune for Juicy Couture brand case, they have some awesome ones there, but Walmart is more my speed. Save money for the "Good stuff" LOL.
