Is it normal for a tank to be too tight to stay down over the spike. I push it down and it pops right back up. I didn't have this problem with the 5 blue tanks that came with it but i just bought 2 boxes of 5 clear. I have tried a couple of them and they do the same thing. It seems the gasket section is really tight and pushed the tank back up but the juice seems to flow if i hold it down.

I push them down even with the notch on the tank and twist them. They pop right up expcept if find the one spot where they bind in place. That makes thetip normally end up out of alignment with the battery button so i've been having the hold the ego differently. It does seem to be getting juice while in the bound alignment but it bothers me that they don't seem to fit the same way the blues that came with it did.

So it doesn't sound like others are having problems like this?

Are the plugs on the end not coming out or stuck in the needle site? Possible its rejecting from that end cap not puncturing right. Take the cap off and rip off the small circle spot thats supposed to pop out, if you havent yet.

DING, DING, DING, we have a winner. I didn't realize that the hole was supposed to be open. I thought the rubberised part sealed in around the spike. I have now looked at and tore out a couple. They did not come out cleanly like i would have expected by you saying POP out. I basically ripped, does that mean they are defective. It seems to work now but just wondering if i bought 2 boxes of defectives and didn't know it.
