So I'm just wondering what everyone thinks if I have everything I need and a good list of flavors..I have a 240vg and pg bottle and 120 of 48mg nicotine...some people on other forums said I should get 100mg. Big Lou and some other reviewers said to start out lower and he thought higher nicotine levels have headaches and ......anyways I'm only vaping at 3mg nic ..
So should I listen to what I've heard thru reviewers and online or listen to people on this other thread? Dilemma..I wanna get this .... ordered but have 100$$ worth of .... n wanna make it right..thanks

Looks good, overall. I used pipettes for a while but they're harder to clean out. The 1ml syringe will let you measure down to hundredths, at least approximately. I tired to use pipettfs for VG, but way too thick. Just use the 5ml syringe with no needle.

I have settled down to several favorite most-used flavorings, I keep them in 30 ml bottles with a puncture type rubber stopper. You do need a needle for those, it's nice because you reduce the change of spilling with those. Likewise on the nic, that's the riskiest thing you can spill.

There's several good spreadsheets, I like the one here from Scubabatdan.

Higher nic means it is more concentrated, much cheaper, and you are mixing it down to 3ml anyway. Depending on if you are mixing PG or VG heavy, using 48mg you may bump up against the wall of not being able to put in enough PG (since you're getting VG base in the nic).

And yes, lots of bottles! Good luck, keep us posted. There's a lot of good threads here, look through them.

Yup, bottles. And you have locluer syringes, but I don't see the needle tips. I use a 5ml and 10ml with 14gauge blunt tips. The 'starter kit', isnt really needed if u get an assortment of 5ml bottles for testing and 30ml bottles for your final brew.
Bottles. Check! Needle tipsand most syringes are sold out so probably gonna have to shop else where for that. Would 18 gauge be ok? Too small for vg?

Where did you get those picture style bottles from? Sounds nice..you keep your concentrate flavors in them? Syringes are sold out at bcv. As well as the starter kit..I have the pipette and a 1 ml slip syringe..( not sure of difference) as well as a 5 and 10 ml luer lock..but they don't have the needless and sold out

Another? Will I need bottles to store my pg vg and nicotine in our will they be good in the plastic that they come in? Thanks again for the help

Bear in mind I just started this a week ago. The opinion of people who know about this stuff is that you need to put nic in glass if you will be storing it for more than a couple of months. And keep it in the freezer if possible, that will extend its life significantly.

PG and VG I don't know. I'm just keeping mine in the plastic bottle unless I hear otherwise.

Ok I'll grab them, just gotta find them lol.. what gauge should I have for my pg and juice flavors?

I haven't used PG. I think I read 14g would be fine. 14g was fine for the flavorings.

Just be careful if you are using citrus flavouring. It will chew up the syringe, I think mainly the black plunger part. Mine locked up in a few seconds with some citrus flavoring. I managed to pull the plunger out with some effort and it seemed OK afterwards. People have suggested lubricating the plunger with VG to help with this.

I got mine on eBay - 50 pack of 14 gauge blunt dispensing needles for $7.47 counting shipping. You can also get syringes pretty cheap at Tractor Supply if needed. I use Luer lock syringes instead of Luer slip - not sure how easy it could happen but I don't want to shoot off a tip pushing out some thick VG

Good looking out on the info..I'm sure they don't last forever but for the price of them I'd like them to last as long as possible lol..how you liking the mixing so far? Make anything good?

Put a piece of Scotch tape over the syringe markings. Otherwise, they wash right off in a couple months. 14 gauge needle is good for everything, even vg ... But I don't use any needle to suck up & dispense the vg.

Will definitely take your advice with the scotch tape. I've heard of people saying to just use the syringe without any needle for the vg. Would I be better off just going that and getting a pack of 10 18 gauge for my flavor and pg?
So far I have a 1, 5, and 10 ml syringe but no needles..spent a lot yesterday and kind of gotta budget myself now lol
