New To Dripping Question

I've been vaping since April to help get off analogs and have jumped around batteries and clearomizers. I currently use a Vision Spinner 2 and Spinner 1 VV batteries and love them with a Nautilus tank. I want to start getting into dripping and have a small budget ($25) to start with. I was looking at the SmokTech UDA Atomizer from MyVaporStore to start small and easy. My question is will this tank fit either of my Spinners?

I have no personal experience with that thing, but man it looks so much better as a starter dripper than the IGO-L that I started with...aha. It's a 510, so it should fit on your Spinners, however you may find that the spinners don't push enough power to really get that "dripper experience" going.

However, that being said, I think you should go for it. With your budget, that looks like a perfect started RDA. Once you get comfortable building coils, checking your builds (resistance and Ohm's law, make sure you don't push your spinners too hard), and setting your wicks then you can just grab a cheap-o clone Mechanical with a good 18650 (VTC5/Efest 35A/Subohm Cell/lots of others do your research before buying) and a clone of a higher end RDA. If you feel like this is something you get into...then embrace the GAS! (Gear acquisition syndrome).

Best of luck, let us know how it goes!

PS: Always be safe. Make sure you're building coils that are within a safe range for your batteries (in your case the Spinners). Do your homework, always. If in doubt, it's better to be safe than sorry.

I plan on keeping my coils between 1.5- 2 ohms for my spinner. At 4.3v (what i normally vape at) with 2 ohm coil would get me 2.15 - 2.86A; Would that be too far for the spinner?

I'm not sure. Search up the specs on your batteries and find their max discharge. Though I'm pretty sure those have a safety built in. Do your homework brother! Make sure you're safe!

The vision spinners are what I started out on. If you use a 1.5-2.0 ohm coil on 4.3v you should be fine. They do also have a built in safety if the battery can't handle it the button on the spinner will flash a few times letting you know there is a problem. I used a kanger aerotank mini with a 2.0 ohm coil and never had any problems with it besides the fact that I always seemed to flood it.

A spinner should be fine with that setting. The thing with RBAs is they generally need more power to shine than tanks and attys with pre-maid coils. For instance when I was using tanks with pre-maid heads and coils at 1.5 ohms I was generally in the low 4s for voltage, usually 4.2. Now with my RBAs built to the same ohm I'm much higher. They will work at the lower voltages but need the extra power to get them to shine.

That does look like a good starter RBA though and should work well to get your feet wet with the spinner. Keeping the build small will help with not needing so much power, I'd recommend sticking with 32ga wire and don't go any larger than 30ga with the spinner with a single micro coil build at 1.5- 2.0 ohms. That should help with needing to keep the power down within the spinners range and give a good vape. You'll probably want to get a higher wattage pv at some point though. Also, you probably already know this but a way to check the ohms of your build is a MUST. If you don't already have one get a ohm meter, the cheaper ones are fine for our needs.
