Hello everyone,

I've been viewing the website for the last week, and decided to make my own post after not being able to easily find the information i needed as well as websites that sell the products never responded back after 4 days.

I plan to switch to E-Cigareetes from regular cigarettes due to the negative health benefits, as well as my mom complaining about the "smokey smell" every time I step into the house.

I was orginally going to get the Joye 510 (or Dura or what ever other name the 510 comes in) Yet after doing some research i decided to go with the Joye/Dura-eGo which from I understand is a better version of the 510 with the better battery.

Does the eGo use the same Atomizer as the Joye 510? I believe so, but im not sure since i cant really find any eGo Atomizers.

Now after doing some more research, I decided to drip because i heard its the easiest and least messy way. I found out a thing call a Drip tip or a T-tip? Any difference between the names? Also how does it work? does it replace the mouth piece? I plan on getting the eGo and plan on using a Drip Tip but i want to keep the atomizer cover on so is their a drip tip that works with the cover on? I heard some drip tips dont work because they cut off the air flow?

Another question is can you re use pre filled carts? such as when they are done can you just clean them out and use them as a mouth piece?

How long does the eGo battery and Atomizers last before i need to buy more? (on average how many spares should i have?)

Last question is about the juice... I smoke about 10-15 cigarettes a day (malboro smooths 100s) which i would consider full strength cigarettes, so how much juice would i need a day? How many mg of nicotine would i need? I see some juices say 10mg, is that the nicotine? or the amount of juice? Also what is the difference between PG and VG juice?

Like i said i have alot of questions so please dont let that prevent you from responding back. Any help would be nice.

Thank you, I will reply back with any questions as soon as possible.

Yes, the name of the atty is the "510" and can be used with the eGo. The 510 is a pretty standard atomizer and is used on a variety of devices and mods.

I also find dripping to be the best, as it gives the most consistent hit and you don't have to deal with a ton of carts lying all over the place. The drip-tip, or the t-tip or whatever, all shares the same concept: it replaces the traditional mouth piece and gives it a bigger opening so that the user can drip directly into the atomizer without removing the tip. I would say that it increases air flow because the size of the hole is bigger. I would definitely pick one up (you only really need one or two) as it truly improves the whole experience.

Yes, you can refill carts or cartomizers simply by dripping your eliquid into it !

The battery should last a long time, 6 months or more, but it will gradually retain less charge. The atomizers can last anywhere from a few days to months depending on how well you treat/clean them. If you keep your attys wet, but not flooded, they will last you. However, I advise that you always have several spare attys at hand. They have broken on me when I least expected and some have seemed to last forever.

I would go with high nic juice, 16-24 mg, to satisfy your craving, but that also varies depending on taste. It is very hard to compare analogs to vaping in terms of nicotine. I ordered a variety of different strengths and ended up preferring the high nic.

Good luck! and good choice with the eGo, it seems like the go-to device these days.

3 batteries. 1 you're using, 1 is charging, and 1 is a spare. When 1 finally gives out, then you alternate between 2, while you're waiting on the replacement to show up. I use my 3 eGoXL batteries in rotation. I consider 3 to be the minimum. I'll probably get at least 1 more when I have $$ to spare, and keep it in storage, so that when I need a new one, I'll have it -- just in case I'm a little short of $$ at that time.

Even though the cone is purely mechanical, I'll eventually get a spare one of those too, just in case I loose it or drop something on it. Of course, you can use the eGo without the cone, but I like the draw better with it.

T-Tip is a model name used by Super-T manufacturing for their drip tips. They're very nice -- I have 2. Super T T-tip

I have to disagree on that one. I smoked 30 cigs a day and started with 12mg juice. After 2 days, I cut it down to 6mg and that seems to suit me fine.

My advice would be to get an 18-24mg juice with some extra pv/vg so you can cut (dilute) it down, start medium (12mg) and see how it feels. I'm not in favor of blanket recommendations to use high nicotine levels, especially for someone who wasn't a heavy smoker.

Btw, yes, the eGo is an excellent choice.

Don't stock up on any one juice at first. Try small sample from different venders in different strenghs and keep in mind that a lot of folks that give up analogs have their taste and sense of smell change during the first couple of weeks. As their taste and smel return so does their likes and dislikes of certain juices. The different strenghts are to find out what is going to satisfy your nic craving. The perference of juice is one area that is more trial and error to find the perfect juice but you can use others experence as to what venders to try or avoid to some extent.

Neither am I. I shoulda said 16-24mg "worked for me." You will end up compensating by vaping more or less depending on your needs, so I see 16-24 as better value, but you'll discover your sweet spot.

You will need to expirement to determine your own preferred level. I smoked a pack and a half a day up to last week and my first vap experience was with 18mg and it was way too much! Try getting a liquid with nic and another of the same flavor with none, that way you can adjust it down if needed.

Wow guys great suggestions for Keita! I learned something too, get one with 0 nic to dillute the nic factor if the 12 mg Nic juice is too high, that's fantastic! Thanks Spyder207! Great ideas here

Yep. That's the best way to go about it. It also means you can use the nicotine juice undiluted as a 'hard hitter'. Whenever I feel the urge for an analog, I take a quick vape of 18mg juice and the urge passes.

If you are planning to refill you carts, I would suggest either picking up Blue Foam for a Blue Foam Mod (local PetSmart often carries it), or just a bag of a regular PolyFill (from a local arts and crafts store, for example). This way if you want to change the juice, you will always be able to just discard the filling of the carts, and then fill them yourself with new clean stuff.
