Hi all, I'm new to this forum and have been vaping for 3 months now. I really enjoy it and am very happy not to be smoking cigarettes any more. The transition, if you wanna call it that, was extremely easy. Within 15 mins of trying my first mod I was able to vape just fine without hacking and coughing. After 24 hrs it was like I've been vaping all along. I quit smoking on May 31st and haven't had a cigarette since, not even sneaking one! I had no withdrawal symptoms or anything like that. I started at 24ml of nicotine and each month I have decreased my amount of nicotine so at this point in time I'm at 11ml. I reduce each month. I'm still not sure if I'm going to completely quit vaping altogether or not. As I love to "puff"... LOL. So if I get to 0ml of nicotine but still wanna puff I can. Right now the mod I'm using is a Vision Spinner variable adjustment battery, Kanger Protank II Clearomizer with a slim chrome tip. I actually have two of the Vision Spinner batteries so that one is on the charger when I'm using the other one. The reason I have this setup is because I'm always forgetting stuff so I use a lanyard to keep track of it and the lighter unit I can get the better. Its kinda on the heavy side right now but I do have some Stam CE5 clearomizers ordered from Madvapes. I love this Clearomizer when it works. I've ordered three now so far and only one of them was working. I like the Protank II too because I can use my own tip with it just like the CE5. The only draw back is the weight. I do see that Kanger has come out with a mini Protank but you can't change out the tip. Maybe if I wait long enough they will come out with a mini Protank II. I just wish that the Stam CE5's were made better. I like the idea of no wick. I hate having to deal with the coils on the Protanks. Plus another issue I have with Protank coils is if the bottom stem isn't just right it won't make contact with the battery so you end up having to take it apart, pull out the stem a little bit, put it back together, try it again and keep doing the same thing till it works. It seems as though all clearomizers have their issues. But I don't like dripping so what other choices are there? I've tried the T3's, they have issues with the coil clogging up. I just wish someone would come up with a good wickless clearomizer that was light weight and worked all the time without having to adjust stems, etc. Is that too much to ask? Well that's about it for now, thanks for letting me vent on vaping. I look forward to chatting with y'all.
