New to e-cigs

I have a question I brought one of these from focalprice the one in the green and white box. Anyways I took the silver foil off the cart but do I need to do anything else?

Ok I guess I did it right.. took a long draw and worked out ok.

Umm if I understand you correct all you need to do is just put the part that looks like a filter on to the part that looks like a cigarette, so it looks like a complete cigarette and suck like you would a cigarette. You shouldn't have to open any foil in the cartridge itself. Make sure it's fully charged.

I've been checking but I'm pretty sure I have to take the foil off as I left it on after I put it on and only the pointy part of the atty pushed it in. At least the videos on youtube refilling I don't see that.

Also pretty sure this is a 401 version
